Currently we are looking for an SAP Consultant (FI/CO) for our Minsk branch of SAP Competency Center to become a part of our dedicated team of SAP professionals.

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be involved in multiple activities for customer projects as well EPAM internal projects with client service as a focus. You will play a crucial role in helping our Customers to better understand their businesses by designing a solution based on relevant industry domain knowledge. You will assist our clients in implementation, configuration, project Go-Live and post-implementation support.


  • Work independently to understand the problem, craft and implement a quality solution working both alone and with other team members in SAP Functional, Basis, Technical, and Project Management areas
  • Be capable to effectively use existing procedures, processes, and tools to identify and solve routine problems
  • Be committed to high-quality project delivery
  • Be capable to quickly acquire new knowledges, skills, and competencies and follow in the trends of SAP world development


  • 3 years of SAP hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of more than one SAP FI functional area. Knowledge of aspects of integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM). Knowledge of SAP CO functionality
  • Knowledge of SAP S4HANA and SAP Fiori is a big plus
  • Number of successful SAP projects: 1-2
  • Intermediate (B1+) level of oral and written English
