DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our St. Petersburg office to make the team even stronger.

We are developing full range of applications from mobile to enterprise level solutions for our customers all over the world. We support our clients in various business domains: financial services, banks, travel, life sciences and pharma.

Here are some examples of our projects:
- Implementation of network equipment monitoring system based on Big Data technology for global online TV service provider;
- Enhancement of scientific search platform to work with ELN applications deployed on customer locations;
- Creation of integrated suite of digital solutions that deliver the full chain of functionality required by clinical genomics organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, customization and/or delivery of software applications as a Business Analyst or System/Functional Analyst
  • Business: close cooperation with business to understand requirements, drive key decisions and resolve issues
  • Business process definition and modeling in various notations
  • System: hands-on experience in Reporting, Databases, Warehousing
  • System: strong technical skills (data models, integrations, mapping)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and different methodologies, including advantages and weak points
  • Ability to work independently as well as work with teams
  • Readiness to travel and/or work on-site
  • Project communications and processes (including tools) set-up and/or improvement experience
  • Fluent English
  • Communication with international customers
  • On-site work experience
