As an executive in our Travel & Hospitality Consulting Practice, you are a thought leader and practitioner who can conceive and elaborate travel business strategies including business models and related materials for C-Level engagements. You are a champion for innovation; in tune with disruptive technology trends that will transform the travel industry, remediate business problems and drive growth for customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive and pioneer the growth of the EPAM Travel & Hospitality Practice
  • Be a hands-on leader who collaboratively and strategically works with industry leaders to evangelize, develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Drive the narrative around the digital journey for the C-Suite, leading, developing and articulating digital strategies that shape the travel industry
  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends that are disrupting the travel industry to be an ambassador for change, solve business problems and drive growth for clients through digital transformation
  • Act as a vision leader and orchestrator of hybrid teams to execute and deliver upon strategic engagements
  • Participate in delivering value to our clients
  • Build a team to support the growth of this new practice

What You Have

  • 15+ Years’ of travel & hospitality industry experience within, but not limited to, the following key segments: Air, Car, Hotel, and OTA
  • 10+ Years’ of consulting experience preferred or a combination of strategic consulting and corporate
  • Deep understanding of digital business models including transformations in Omnichannel
  • Possess the ability to engage a room of c-suite executives, leading them through a full digital journey and strategy
  • Experience shaping, developing and articulating a vision for customers to drive an engagement
  • Expertly speak to and deliver upon current trends within the travel industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred
  • Possess excellent business acumenv
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to travel up to 75%
