What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for product backlog planning, coordination and documentation
  • Organizing the Agile trainings for all the engaged stakeholders (teams, business, Sr. management)
  • Facilitate scrum events & deliverables
  • Provide advisory on best practices and process hygiene, agile metrics collection establishment
  • Be responsible for the facilitation of the correct agile roles understanding and focus on the right set of responsibilities (specific focus on the roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tech Lead and Automation Engineer)
  • Proactively manage schedules and risks, increasing predictability and faster time to market
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices, champion continuous improvement of process and results
  • Provide DevOps best practices to Agile Delivery teams
  • Develop KPIs and monitor their roll-out
  • Provide guidance to the teams on best practices for Jira and Confluence

What You Have

  • Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform risks assessment, and effectively communicate with business
  • Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads), as well as senior management staff
  • Professional Agile Coach with at least 3 years of hands-on coaching experience with Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and coach 3-6 teams on different level of Agile adaptation
  • Ability to deal with multiple personalities in a matured and seasoned way
  • Great communication skills and flexibility is a must, as he/she has to liaise not only with the IT organization but also the business organization
