Currently, we have a new open position of Talent Acquisition Assistant (Recruitment Department) for our Dnipro office.


  • Work with job descriptions - compose according to EPAM format, post at the company’s website and job portals
  • Work with external applicants
  • Work with internal referrals
  • Collaborate with internal EPAM Departments as it regards recruitment-related issues and initiatives (HR, Travel, Marketing, etc.)
  • Support an entire TA administrative process as the key contact for the Recruitment Specialists, candidates
  • Maintain internal TA resources
  • Reviewing resumes for requirements, pre-screen candidates
  • Compilation of statistics (interviewers, feedbacks, etc.)
  • Checking internal recruiting reports


  • 1+ year of professional experience in the administrative sphere
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Excellent grammar skills (English, Russian, Ukrainian), business correspondence experience
  • High motivation and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive and goal oriented, demonstrated ability to become a successful member of the team
  • Understanding the specifics of the IT market will be a plus
  • Knowledge of online advertisement and different candidate sourcing methods will be a plus
  • Experience in Human Resources/IT Recruitment Department will be a plus
  • Proofreading/ translation experience will be a plus
  • Familiarity with official documentation flow will be a plus
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written
