DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for our Budapest office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Be involved in the roll out of cloud based analytical and operational data platforms
  • Own the implementation of our AWS data platform and CI/CD pipeline responsibility
  • Actively participate in high-level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations
  • Help solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options and products
  • Provide system troubleshooting and problem solving across applications

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing and managing AWS cloud platforms (broad range of services including ELBs and EC2 instances, S3, RDS)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate + secure Big Data tools including Spark, Presto, Airflow
  • CI/CD - Bamboo/Ansible/Maven/Nexus (but others are OK too)
  • Linux system administration (Amazon), experience configuring LDAP and TLS
  • Shell scripting
  • Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs
  • Monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometheus)
  • Kafka expertise would be nice, but not essential
