DESCRIPTION


Currently we’re looking for Senior Engineer Cyber Security. Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company. EPAM has been requested by our client to provide Consulting Services to support creating and executing client’s API Strategy.

The customer collaborates across scientific and organizational boundaries, with a focus on powerful new technologies that have the potential to help produce therapeutic breakthroughs for patients.
Duration: start ASAP until end of December 2020 – renewal possible

This position is a part of an EPAM Anywhere program for remote employees. EPAM Anywhere offers the best of both worlds: working full-time with clients from Fortune Global 2000 list and enjoying work-life balance working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Redact security requirements for the safe usage of AWS cloud services
  • Develop scripts, tools and methodologies to continuously monitor cloud security
  • Find and help remediate deviations from internal security policies and general security best practices
  • Perform security assessments of software systems
  • Provide consultancy to developers and engineers to help them build secure software Systems

Requirements

  • Experience in at least one additional cloud technology (Azure or GCP) an advantage
  • Significant experience in AWS security
  • Significant experience with threat modelling
  • Significant experience in implementing security compliance standards (corporate specific, HIPAA, CIS, NIST, PCI-DSS)
  • Significant experience with security monitoring tools and security testing tools
  • Very good knowledge of Container Security, experience with Aqua Security an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of computer networks, software development and system engineering
  • Strong programming and scripting skills in several programming languages, including Java, JavaScript and Python
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISA an advantage
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions architect, Security Specialty an advantage
  • Fluency in English (verbal/written)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
