We are looking for a BI Analyst to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access to safeguard the privacy or security of an individual or organization.


Our customer works in the Healthcare and Life Science domain. It is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies by both market capitalization and sales. The company uses innovative science and technology to address some of society's most challenging healthcare issues. Our client discovers and develops breakthrough treatments and finds new ways to deliver them to as many people as possible.


Our goal is to protect sensitive personal data which if lost, compromised, or disclosed without authorization, could result in substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to an individual. Our team is building Data Masking Service allowing to create a structurally similar and meaningful but inauthentic version of an organization's data that can be used for purposes such as software testing and user training. Data masking transforms sensitive into de-identified/anonymized test data, using various substitution or expression-based rules.

What You’ll Do

  • On-board various data sources to Data Masking Service platform including execution of sensitive data discovery
  • Make sure on-boarding cycle is in alignment with defined Service Process and meets all defined procedures
  • Identificate inefficiencies or areas that require improvements within the Service processes, create requirements and address them to developers

What You Have

  • Attention to details, willingness and readiness to work with data
  • Understanding of:
    • Relational DB principles and components (Schema, Table, Column, Relations, Data Types, Constraints, Cardinality, etc.)
    • Relational DB Management Tool Experience (Oracle SQL Developer, DBeaver, PGAdnmin, etc.)
    • Data storage structures (relational, non-relational)
    • SQL Basics
    • Advanced MS Excel functionality (pivot tables, lookup functions)
    • Principles of technical and analytical documentation creation
  • Experience of:
    • Managing customer expectations, negotiations
    • Leading the meetings
  • English level: B2+
