We are looking for a smart, hungry, humble Delivery Manager/Project Manager for our Minsk office to lead on-going projects and start-up engineers and be engaged in implementing new technology trends in the mobile world.

ABOUT THE MOBILE PRACTICE AT EPAM


Our team develops innovative technologies and helps customers to solve global business problems. We are working on creating mobile and desktop applications, solutions in the field of AR / VR, IoT, Connected TV. Mobile Practice in the company has been developing for more than 11 years and unites more than 800 engineers from 10 countries, more than 100 mobile projects are being developed in parallel by our engineering teams. Our clients work in various industries around the world: IT, financial services, healthcare and biotechnology, retail, media and entertainment, hospitality.

Our mobile engineers are working with modern technologies such as Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, Unity. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow within the company, participate in Mobile community meetups, internal conferences, and training programs, e.g. Solution Architecture School, Delivery Management School. You can learn the product development processes and analyze them from a business perspective.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage delivery from pre-sales stage to project release and post-production support
  • Effectively collaborate with the customers' stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate project status and risks to the stakeholders
  • Administer releases, facilitate the UAT and Prod deployment
  • Control project’s budget distribution
  • Manage the quality of the product and inspire the team to be responsible for the value we deliver
  • Apply best organizational and engineering practices to the project
  • Guide project team being supportive, responsible and initiative leader
  • Look for opportunities to develop the account and bring in new businesses

What You Have

  • 3+ years in Project Management
  • Good understanding of Mobile trends and Appstore/Googleplay release cycle
  • Experience delivering enterprise-level solutions, at least 2 fully participated and successfully delivered commercial projects
  • Ability to manage 10+ people and build the processes from scratch
  • Experience in setting up Dev/ QA/ BA/UX processes on the project
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology and Software development lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
  • Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
