We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Testing Engineer / Software Testing Engineer to join the team here in Singapore.


  • Work with the business and development team to understand the testing and business requirements
  • Design, develop, and deploy automated test scripts
  • Design and build an automated testing solutions from front-end web application to backend API components
  • Explore and identify automation testing opportunity to improve the testing and QA process
  • Configure and code using Selenium, Cucumber, Loadrunner, JMeter, Appium
  • Design automation test reports which effectively review the investigate failures
  • Evaluate software testing results and give recommendations to the development team


  • Minimum qualification of Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors
  • Having at least 2-6 years of experience
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies is required
  • Software development knowledge (e.g., process, tools)
  • Good Test Automation engineer who understands BDD practices very well
  • Good at building Test Automation in Java using JBehave/Cucumber
  • Must be conversant with Java practices
  • Good analytical skills to analyze the test results and reports the defects
  • Able to build and visualize test metrics
  • Data and AI related testing experience is very advantageous
  • Banking product knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good client management skills; strong ability to interface and build relationships with client stakeholders
  • Ability to participate in phone conferences; be interviewed by customers; be involved in customer workshops and presentations; visit customers without supervision
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-IT-discipline and multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and client stakeholders
  • Ability to explain the testing approach as part of the start of the software development cycle and how it transits into Continuous Delivery
  • Good fundamentals in testing methodologies (e.g. contract testing and anchor points)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
