Currently we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our Warsaw office to make the Team even stronger.


  • Analytical:
    • Analyse business questions and deliver business answers: clearly and fluently translate their technical findings to a non-technical team and vice-versa
    • Provide insights and recommendations for the clients based on the analysis
    • Understand client: work together with them on elaborating business requirements and detailed business questions
    • Enable the business to make decisions by arming them with quantified insights and understand the needs of their non-technical colleagues to wrangle the data appropriately
    • Become a visualization expert to empower clients understanding their data
  • Technical:
    • Design customer reports, dashboards and analysis, create prototypes and turn models into results
    • Analyse, validate and visualize business data creating value-added solutions
    • Assist in/create business, data and workflow models
    • Identify the area of inefficiency in existing business processes, models
    • Feel comfortable with complex technical IT systems and environments
    • Create solution concepts and specifications based on business requirements together with the business
  • Leadership:
    • Take wider responsibility in projects, contact with customers, lead teams
    • Lead workshops, conduct prototyping activities and trainings
    • Act as a leader/subject matter expert or conduct project management/business development activities
    • Identify opportunities, recommend solutions and ideas based on client’s interest, have a consultant role
    • Be able to bring together several clients’ needs, understand client organization


  • Education & Experience:
    • MS/BS degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT or another relevant Subject
    • At least 5 years of experience in business/data analysis and/or consulting
  • Business & Industry:
    • Excellent business understanding of at least two specific areas (e.g. revenue management, supply chain)
    • Experience working within particular domain/industry (preferred finance, insurance, health & pharma), ideally acting as external vendor, contractor or service provider
    • Understanding of BI trends covering application, organizational structure and processes
  • Solution Delivery:
    • Experience in scaling BI system, understanding and deploying BI ecosystems
    • Experience in cloud BI, high performance, large scale deployments, large/complex data sets
    • Experience in workshops or training preparation and/or conducting, trainer experience
    • Creation and implementation of Quality Assurance processes agreed with client
    • Project management related experience
  • Technical:
    • Hands on experience with data visualization tools (preferred Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, MicroStrategy & Power BI)
    • Hands on experience with ETL/Data Science/Data Discovery tools (preferred KNIME & RapidMiner)
    • Experience with DWH/Big Data platforms and technologies, like Microsoft, Oracle, Teradata & Hadoop
    • IT awareness, knowledge of SQL, Python, R, SAS, JavaScript and/or another relevant language would be a plus
  • Leadership:
    • Ability to work effectively with strict deadlines
    • Team management experience and leadership skills
    • Mentoring/coaching competencies
    • Strategic thinking ability
