We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Administrator in Ho Chi Minh City. Taking the opportunity, you will join very exciting global projects with supportive colleagues in a multicultural and learning-oriented environment!

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance to the Contract Management and Governance guidelines for on-boarding/off-boarding engineers to projects
  • Working closely with Account Managers to support operational activities on their accounts
  • Working with Account Managers on contract creation and deal review preparation
  • Time report tracking using the internal systems, managing monthly sync-ups with the Client reviewing Actuals vs. Planned, invoices, contracts
  • Managing resource plans via internal systems
  • Revenue forecasting and billing review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/ Business Administration or related majors
  • At least 01 year at similar position
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • Able to learn quickly and display initiative
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work and do multitasking
  • Strong analytical skills to process huge amounts of data
  • Positive interpersonal skills: Proactive, diligent and accurate
  • Stress resistance and emotional stability
  • Strong will to achieve the result – understand a task, find a solution, seek for other solutions, with the highest quality at the end
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
  • Prior organizational experience or applicable business experience
  • Team-work spirit

Nice to have

  • Experience in Software companies or multinational working environment
