As Business Analyst, you will drive excellent process design by applying your insights and analysis to process modelling and requirement development. Your success will be based on the close collaboration with various roles and functions within the program, while still having the ability to deliver non-biased recommendations and execute on them. Finally, communicating effectively with senior leadership will be vital to both delivering results and creating a personal brand.


  • Understand the business challenge and present it to stakeholders in an effective manner
  • Collaborate within the program to deliver accurate, consistent and easy understandable process models
  • Enforce the application of commonly accepted design standards and adapt these where appropriate in the context of the program
  • Constructively challenge assumptions and perceptions with data and systematic investigation
  • Drive the integrity of deployed processes and capabilities, ensuring that they deliver to program objectives and business case
  • Identify opportunities to drive the envisioned process implementation incl. KPIs and dashboards
  • Write Process Flow and description
  • Identify Change management possibilities
  • Business analysis


  • Diploma in Business Engineering, Economics or Business
  • 2-5 years of experience as consultant or analyst in integrating business and IT processes
  • Excel at business analytics and process modelling
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, being an ambassador for change Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to look beyond functional needs to the bigger picture
  • Ability to Interact with people at all levels effectively
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to keep calm and deliver effectively within tight timelines
  • Ability to deal well with uncertainty and delivering in such an environment
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Technologies and frameworks used:
    • Development is based on Scala, Java and Javascript language
    • Our program has implemented Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with focus on sub-streams/projects working in SCRUM
    • JIRA, Confluence, PPM tools, GitHub would be mostly used by you on a daily basis
    • Event Driven Architecture with Kafka as event store and Kafka Streams for event streaming
    • Reactive streams for streaming data over HTTP: Akka HTTP/Streams
    • Non-blocking concurrency: Akka, Monix
    • FP abstractions: Cats
