Cyber R&D Lab is expanding our established team. We are looking for a talented Senior Network Penetration Tester with experience in external and internal penetration testing and red-teaming. The Senior Network Penetration Tester will be responsible for both carrying out client projects hands-on as well as leading the work efforts of the Cyber R&D Lab Penetration Testing teams.
The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting hands-on penetration testing beyond automated tool validation and conducting scenario-based and functional security testing. The candidate should be able to work both independently in a self-managed environment as well as in a leadership role coordinating the efforts of a larger penetration testing team. The candidate must be motivated to keep up with current technologies and maintain an awareness of industry trends and threats.

Description
Cyber R&D Lab is expanding our established team. We are looking for a talented Senior Network Penetration Tester with experience in external and internal penetration testing and red-teaming. The Senior Network Penetration Tester will be responsible for both carrying out client projects hands-on as well as leading the work efforts of the Cyber R&D Lab Penetration Testing teams.

What You’ll Do
- Lead group of experts during internal and external network penetration testing and corporate infrastructure assessment, including Red Team exercises for Cyber R&D Lab’s clients
- Perform and lead web application assessments
- Write penetration testing reports
- Perform independent security research
- Lead presentations for technical and executive client audiences
What You Have
- A degree in an associated field and/or other relevant professional certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience with penetration testing of corporate environments
- Proficient knowledge of Tools Tactics and Procedures of penetration tests and Red Team exercises
- Proficient knowledge and experience in penetration testing of common targets including:
- Network infrastructure, access control, and access points
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Servers (Windows, Unix, Linux)
- Workstations (Windows, Linux, Mac)
- Proficient knowledge of current defensive security measures and how to bypass those measures
- Working knowledge and experience in programming skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible attitude, willing to go the extra mile where needed to ensure success
- 10% travel may be expected in post-COVID world
Nice to have
- Strong management skills and experience managing a geographically distributed team
- Consulting experience working with diverse client base
- Working knowledge of cloud security features (Azure, GCP, AWS) and how to assess those environments
- Wireless network security assessment experience
- Bug Bounty hunting experience
- Experience assigning CVE and zero-days
- Exploit development skills
- Reverse engineering skills
