Currently we are looking for an experienced Regular / Senior Software Test Automation Engineer for our Krakow office.


Our client is one of the largest investment banks in the world.


  • Review design specifications, requirement documents, and support documentation to ensure a full understanding of deliverables
  • Identify test requirements from specifications, mapp test case requirements and design test coverage plans
  • Conduct test case reviews with team members
  • Develop, document, and maintain automated test packs used for functional testing
  • Execute manual or automated test scripts, evaluate, and document the test results
  • Isolate, replicate, and report defects to development and verify the resulting fix
  • Identify potential quality issues in our systems/processes and drive needed change
  • Create and execute automated test scripts
  • Participate in daily calls in English
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with development and other teams
  • Engage proactively with Project Coordinator regarding task statuses, estimations, risks


  • Strong experience in testing complex systems and business flows
  • Familiar with Agile way of working
  • Full understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycle
  • Functional testing experience in F2B environments
  • Capable of designing, developing, executing and maintaining automated test cases (Gherkin, Cucumber, basic Java)
  • Experience in building/maintaining automation frameworks
  • Experience with Test data identification & creation
  • Able to conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed information to help development fix the issue
  • Capable of providing comprehensive, clear test reports
  • Working knowledge in test management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM)
  • Hands-on experience in Intellij and Git applications
  • Working experience with SQL & Unix family operating system
  • English B2
