DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an Enterprise Analytics Consultant acting as a lead and strategic consultant in a specific business domain for our Enterprise Analytics division.

Responsibilities

  • Definition, maintenance and continuous development of analytics portfolio in a specific business domain
  • Involvement into conceptualization, leads and provides sponsorship on internal initiatives
  • Evaluate new technologies, tools
  • Implementing industry best-practices, following BI trends
  • Presales consultancy, conceptualization
  • Act as a people manager, Lead Data Analysts and develop their skills, provide training/coaching to the second line leaders
  • Provide strategic direction to optimize performance, participation in strategy definition
  • Communication with partners and strong relationship with internal teams

Requirements

  • MS/BS degree in Business / Finance / Statistics / Mathematics / Economics-Informatics preferred
  • Working proficiency in written and oral English
  • 5+ year relevant experience with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact
  • 3+ year experience with people / team / organization management / leadership
  • Strong data visualizations, storytelling skills to convey information and results clearly
  • Deep knowledge in statistics / analytics / data visualization, experience with big data analytics, recommendation systems or machine learning
  • Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies and BI
  • Experience with working in a professional, services-based organizations with international teams
  • Excellent communication, good presentation and persuasive skills, willingness and ability to share knowledge

Nice to have

  • Experience with big data analytics and/or prescriptive analytics and/or machine learning
  • Experience in CPG&R / FMCG or Pharma/Life sciences or Finance and Insurance or Oil and Energy domain
  • BI / DW knowledge
  • Data discovery, data mining or text analytics experience
