Currently we are looking for a self-dependent and proactive Lead System Engineer/Solution Architect for our Georgian office to make the team even stronger.
EPAM Digital Engagement Practice (DEP) offers its clients a full range of digital transformation services.
We are working on the basis of different DEP platforms such as E-commerce, Hybris, ATG, AEM, Sitecore, Adam, etc. Using the service model, DEP focuses on the customers’ success through providing top-notch system engineering solutions. We pay special attention to the systems’ performance and at most optimal implementation of the task.

Responsibilities
- Prepare DevOps strategy and manage its implementation
- Provide infrastructure scaling
- Be responsible for Canary releases, Blue/Green deployment, Pilot regions implementation
- Develop replication/rollback procedures
- Disaster Recovery planning
- Release management
- Monitor process implementation
- Manage environment utilization across all stream/releases
- Participate in preparation of infrastructure part of Project Plans
- Prepare and manage the Cutover Plan: artifacts, user guides, testing process, rollout to production
- Organize teamwork (reporting, coordination, etc.)
Requirements
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment/Continuous Operation
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar
- Intermediate (B1) level of English
- Responsible attitude to work
- Good team player
- Proactivity
- Good negotiation, presentation and conflict management skills
