DESCRIPTION


Are you an industry visionary and technologist at heart with a passion for designing complex Cloud and DevOps solutions using AWS, Azure, Google cloud and OpenStack? Are you able to guide and advise customers and teams on the technical and organisational challenges of Cloud and DevOps journeys? Do you have strong soft skills with solid stakeholder and program management experience? Do you want to transform businesses, so they can benefit from next generation IT automation and are able to operate and grow successfully in the cloud-first IT world?

Then you have an opportunity to join as a Cloud Architect to work with highly skilled and engaged teams across the globe on DevOps transformation and Cloud enablement strategies and migration opportunities. You will be working on a range of programs connecting program management, architecture and delivery.

Requirements

  • Automation-first mindset and hands-on in primary knowledge domain
  • Proficiency in design and architecture implementation of cloud-based solution (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) - Cloud migration, native and hybrid Cloud Solutions, monitoring KPIs, best practices and recommendations
  • Deep understanding of DevOps framework, tools and metrics for build, test and deployment automation – Configuration Management, scalable mode of infrastructure deployment and best practices
  • Able to assess the existing maturity of client in Cloud and DevOps space, perform gap analysis and provide baseline solution
  • Automation skills (hands-on):
    • Configuration Management tool (Ansible/Puppet/Salt)
    • Containerized deployment and orchestration
    • Infra deployment tool (Python, Terraform, CF)
    • CI/CD (Groovy pipelines)
    • Previous Application Development (Java/.Net) or System Administration experience (Linux, Windows, DBA, Storage, Networking)
  • Can create system architecture documentation, work/feature-breakdown structure document and other related artifacts with deep technical details
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Able to perform client-facing technical consultancy roles, contribute to knowledge base, work in Team Lead role for small-medium sized teams, etc
