We are looking for a top-notch Senior Solution Architect with must-have experience in Life Sciences or Health Care and deep knowledge of GxP/GMP. On this position, we need a self-starter who takes ownership for delivering all aspects of the role. Our ideal candidate is well-rounded with a good mix of technical, business and interpersonal skills, ready for teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a matrix environment and conflict resolution.
The project aims to design the Digital Health Platform Technical service to ensure quality and performance business requirements.
Our goal is to oversee the technical integration of the Digital Health Platform and its business use cases with various External platforms (IT and IoT), internal IT systems and applications for end users.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and take accountability for the technical integration of the Digital Health Platform with various External platforms (IT and IoT), internal IT systems and end user applications
  • Create the detailed process designs necessary to operate the software/service on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure that designs adhere to the architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of software/service
  • Peer review and sign off detailed designs by the business units
  • Assure that detailed designs correspond to solution architecture design (i.e., high-level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in the specification
  • Make sure the overall user experience is taken into account while designing new solutions and services
  • Be responsible for the adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service Delivery scope
  • Serve as a mentor and a role model. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and behavior in dealing with associates, colleagues, customers and outside contacts in strict accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements

What You Have

  • Phd/M Tech/B Tech/BE (e.g. Life sciences, Computer Science, Biotech, IT Technology or related IT field)
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • 6+ years’ experience in IT
  • Understanding of system design & architecture
  • Ability to manage medium-sized teams
  • Desire to work independently
  • Experience in GxP, GMP, IoT (devices and platforms) and cloud architectures, ideally in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development
  • Expertise in managing complex technical integrations from multiple data sources, ideally in a highly regulated environment
  • Acquaintance with Life sciences or Pharma (Healthcare experience is mandatory)
  • Good knowledge or exposure to any Technology area is desired
