Currently we are looking for aTechnical Consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and take accountability for the technical integration of the Digital Health Platform and its business use cases with various External platforms (IT and IoT), internal IT systems and business product end user applications
  • Create the detailed process designs necessary to operate the software/service on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of software/service
  • Peer review and sign off detailed designs by the business units
  • Ensure that detailed designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e. high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in functional specification
  • Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services
  • Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope
  • Serve as mentor and a role model. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and behaviour in dealing with associates, colleagues, customers and outside contacts in strict accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years’ experience; expert understanding of system design & architecture; may manage medium-sized teams; works independently
  • Phd / M Tech / B Tech / BE (e.g. Life sciences, Computer Science, Biotech, IT Technology or related IT field.)
  • Experience of Life sciences or Pharma, Healthcare experience
  • GxP, GMP experience
  • Fluent English (oral and written), other languages an advantage
  • Experience of IoT (devices and platforms) and cloud architectures ideally in a healthcare setting
  • Experience of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development
  • Experience managing complex technical integrations from multiple data sources, ideally in a highly regulated environment
  • Self-starter who takes ownership for delivering all aspects of the role
  • Well-rounded with a good mix of technical, business, and interpersonal skills Proficient skills in teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a matrix environment and conflict resolution
  • Good knowledge or exposure to any one or more Technology area desired
  • iPAAS OR HIP AND Cloud
  • Web/mobile apps development
  • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
  • Artificial Intelligence, NLP, NLG, image processing

Nice to have

  • Internet of Things (IoT) platforms and devices (e.g. wearables, sensors etc)
  • Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) experience
