We are looking to hire a Director of Content Strategy to join the EPAM Continuum’s Digital Design team.

The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in managing and leading other content strategists, defining holistic cross-channel content strategy for enterprise digital solutions that bridge the gap between users’ needs and business goals. They are comfortable collaborating with a cross-functional team (Experience design, analytics, account management, development) and consulting with clients across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand the client's needs from both a technical and marketing standpoint and put together a custom solution for the engagement that will address those needs for projects and pitches
  • Create and facilitate workshops with clients to identify/develop content requirements and translate business goals and user needs into a meaningful end-to-end, multi-channel content strategy
  • Work on interdisciplinary team and lead content strategy stream for digital products and large-scale websites
  • Produce deliverables with other content strategists, such as content audits and analysis, SEO analysis and recommendations, accessibility audits, migration maps and plans, taxonomies, future content recommendations based on brand values, user journeys and wireframes, personalization strategies and solutions, etc
  • Define future workflow and governance for clients to maintain their newly implemented digital products
  • Comfortable with multiple CMS and system platforms
  • Work on new business opportunities with account management team and pitch ideas to potential clients
  • Collaborate with other content strategy leaders in the organization
  • Support and grow a team of superstar content strategists who vary in skill from technical content strategy to taxonomy, copy writing, and governance
  • Keep up with industry trends to generate and collaborate on relevant thought leadership, including new ways of working that applies to our work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

What You Have

  • A minimum of 12+ plus years industry experience and 4+ years leading a team
  • Avid passion for content strategy as a discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a demonstrated understanding of content strategy’s role in digital design and development process
  • Excellent client service, relationship management and executive presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented operational manager
  • Ability and desire to collaborate across disciplines
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and their effect on content strategy
  • Desire to understand technical areas of content strategy such as SEO, accessibility, translation, and workflow
  • Consulting/ Agency experience with an array of clients in multiple industry verticals and multiple channels (web content, mobile apps, video, advertising, whitepapers, interaction copy, etc.)
  • Experience in working with branding and marketing content strategy is a plus
  • Excellent writer – including strategic documents
  • Familiarity with Content Marketing Platforms, Content Workflow Software and Martech Stacks is a bonus
