As the BWise Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business stakeholders and designing solutions and configuring BWise software according to specified requirements to achieve a smooth working application that satisfies customer requirements.

DESCRIPTION
As the BWise Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business stakeholders and designing solutions and configuring BWise software according to specified requirements to achieve a smooth working application that satisfies customer requirements.

Responsibilities
- Establish working relationships with relevant customer managers, vendors, and key business managers
- Drive workshops and walkthrough sessions with the key stakeholders to elicit requirements, provide fit-gap analysis, pros and cons to the proposed changes in the initial out of the box functionality
- Identify and managing any project-level risks and issues and escalate and Project-level risks and issues
- Configure & customize BWise software effectively within the project plan's boundaries and the agreed functional requirements to ensure smooth application and fully implemented functional requirements
- Lead sessions to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues
- Drive user acceptance testing and providing triage of the defects reported
Requirements
- Strong Experience in end-to-end implementation of Nasdaq – BWise (GRC), Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Compliance, Information Security Risk Management, Issue Management, Policy Management, Internal Controls, etc
- Strong background in software implementation, process management & internal control
- Experience with application functionality, business concepts and processes and change management
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English
- Highly self-motivation and proven experience of the full software development lifecycle
