We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project manager for two EPAM teams working for a well-known client.
You will be engaged in financial data analysis tool, used by thousands of people worldwide. Product is developed by dozens of teams in different locations (US, UK, Thailand, Belarus, India, etc.).

What You’ll Do

  • Work with product owners to gather and clarify requirements, refine the backlog
  • Estimate separate product requirements, iteration or release scope
  • Plan, setup, lead and adjust development ceremonies: daily meetings, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning and review meetings, retrospectives
  • Gather stream status, take required actions, address blockers
  • Review, communicate and act on risks mitigation
  • Manage product releases, including tracking progress on the release scope, communicate scope change requests and timelines, participating in the release process
  • Track team performance and act on improvements, including motivation and inspiration
  • Work on staffing questions and interviewing candidates
  • Communicate with stakeholders from different locations (Thailand, India, USA, UK) regarding different project aspects

What You Have

  • 2+ years' experience in Project Management
  • Understanding of Agile Project management methodologies
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
  • Knowledge of project planning tools and software packages to create, manage and track project results
  • Experience in distributed teams’ management
  • Expertise in creating and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans
  • Acquaintance with project related risks management
