We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team!

What You’ll Do

  • Consult the customer's users on the supported applications and their work
  • Analyze the problem (incident, error, failure) of the services and applications of the system functioning
  • Register, document and execute requests from users with their classification
  • Maintain the current status of solving the problem in the customer's systems and notify users about the progress of resolving requests
  • Consult the customer's users regarding workaround, solve the problem by configuring the software or change the data (without reassembling)
  • Write scripts for correcting data in databases of supported information systems to correct the consequences of errors and a decrease in performance indicators or response time of an information system
  • Work with databases in the framework of user support
  • Draw up reports on the work performed

What You Have

  • 1+ year of experience in support engineering
  • 1+ year with SQL
  • Analytical mindset
  • Communication skills, stress-resistance, multitasking
  • Knowledge of a programming language(C#) and ITIL will be a plus
  • English – from A2+
