Responsibilities
- Complete the 8-week formal education while being trained and mentored by an EPAM Engineer
- Participate in practical technical tasks
- Be exposed to the most cutting-edge technologies and development architectures
- Upon successful completion of the program, you will be given the opportunity to join EPAM as an engineer
Requirements
- Six or more months of professional experience using Java in a production environment
- Graduation from Accredited University or Java Technical Bootcamp
- Preferred major in: Technology, Engineering or Sciences
- Able to read and understand software engineering diagrams
- Aware of design patterns
- Has basic knowledge of established development processes (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill, professional presence
- Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus
- B2 English level
- Demonstration and history of leadership activities/skills
- Ability to travel as needed to client and EPAM offices
- Eagerness to grow and develop as a business professional
- Works well independently and in team environment
- Flexible, proactive team-player attitude is a must
