  • Complete the 8-week formal education while being trained and mentored by an EPAM Engineer
  • Participate in practical technical tasks
  • Be exposed to the most cutting-edge technologies and development architectures
  • Upon successful completion of the program, you will be given the opportunity to join EPAM as an engineer


  • Six or more months of professional experience using Java in a production environment
  • Graduation from Accredited University or Java Technical Bootcamp
  • Preferred major in: Technology, Engineering or Sciences
  • Able to read and understand software engineering diagrams
  • Aware of design patterns
  • Has basic knowledge of established development processes (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skill, professional presence
  • Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus
  • B2 English level
  • Demonstration and history of leadership activities/skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to client and EPAM offices
  • Eagerness to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Works well independently and in team environment
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude is a must
