We are looking for an SAP CRM Functional consultant to work on a big CRM implementation project for a large telecommunications provider in Nordic countries.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer’s needs, gather and document requirements
- Customize and upgrade the existing solution following the business requirements (Change requests)
- Debug and test
- Support of data exchange between S/4 and CRM and old systems
What You Have
- Experience in SAP CRM (including cloud version)
- Proficiency in billing, sales and services business processes
- Knowledge and experience with S/4 and FICA
- Expertise in SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) will be a big plus
