The Field Marketing Specialist will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building and industry conversation. Collaborating closely across the North America business unit responsible for generating revenue in the media & entertainment industry and marketing teams, the Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating MQLs in North America.

The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional project management and writing skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the business unit to define marketing priorities and coordinate quarterly marketing plan
  • Activate marketing campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads
  • Test, measure, and learn how to improve the programs you’ve designed
  • Identify the right marketing channels with the right message to reach your target audience, including events, campaigns, analyst relations, social media and sales tools
  • Research and monitor competitive landscape
  • Develop sales kits to aid growth of existing accounts
  • Research event opportunities and coordinate event communications and logistics
  • Support case study development
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, articulate and launch new offerings


  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, field marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong organizational skills, able to keep many moving pieces coordinated
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
  • Communicate exceptionally through words, pictures and stories
  • Embodies a learning mindset, welcoming opportunities to learn about new technologies, innovation
  • Comfortable ghost writing for internal SMEs
  • Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace and manage ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
  • Required experience: marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and analytics tools

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.   • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
