We are looking for a driven and innovative ITSM/ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team and help design and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this position, you will play a key role on a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers all over the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive requirement gathering and analysis
  • Create User Stories/Requirements specifications
  • Design and improve processes in ITSM and adjacent domains
  • Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
  • Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
  • Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and demos

What You Have

  • Experience in designing and improvement of processes in ITSM and adjacent domains
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL
  • Experience in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer’s side
  • Expertise in business process modelling
  • Experience with writing good documentation
  • English at B2+ level


  • ServiceNow (or other ITSM tool), MS Office suite, business process modelling tools
