What You’ll Do

  • You will run delivery, resolving delivery issues on large scale programs
  • You will lead initiation, planning and execution of complex projects and programs
  • You will also be required to be hands-on, to ensure EPAM delivery standards while bringing to life the best products for our clients
  • You will be building your Agile delivery team as well as taking an active part in transforming the overall EPAM delivery organization to accommodate fast-paced changing markets and technology landscapes
  • You will be managing yourself as well as your team via KPIs around delivery, business health, people growth and technology proficiency
  • You will be leading solutioning efforts, driving and organizing other EPAM organizations around you to envision, solution and negotiate solutions for our customers
  • You will continue foster your technology skills: leading, coordinating, and driving decision making processes for key technology decisions
  • You will be EPAM customers’ delivery and technology partner, aligning customers’ vision with EPAM solutions and capabilities
  • You will take charge, navigating both EPAM’s and EPAM customer teams’ decisions leading to successful execution of decisions made
  • You will proactively identify issues and provide guidance to resolve program and team challenges in multi-geography teams setup
  • You will develop practical solutions to achieve program productivity and quality goals and objectives
  • You will grow your team, mentoring and taking a proactive position in improving EPAM teams’ skills and capabilities


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management (product, platform) and Solution Architecture
  • Ability to understand ‘Big Picture’ as well as to dive into project-level details
  • Ability to establish and manage ‘at scale’ in a multi-region setup
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Experience collaborating with Senior Level (VP +) stakeholders
  • Experience working in a pre-sales environment from solutioning to client communication highly desired
  • Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and IT roles
  • Excellent business communication and time management skills required
  • Candidate should have strong project or program management skills in a highly technical environment
  • A thorough understanding of how to plan, resource, and deliver large-scale technical projects
  • Preferred experience executing programs related to modernization, re-platforming of large-scale solutions
  • Experience executing from ground up solutions
  • Experience delivering cloud-ready solutions, GCP, AWS (preferred) or Azure
  • Experience delivering micro-service architectures to life
  • Experience delivering data-intense solutions, integration architecture knowledge is a plus
