We are looking for an on-site Senior Project and Delivery Manager who can drive the delivery of several development teams, partner with on-site EPAM Program Manager and EPAM Off-Shore Delivery Manager to handle several projects of various sizes within an agile, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Getting people across different roles (Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA and Developers) together, managing issues and problems, owning resolutions and improvements in front of the client's stakeholders, partnering with the client to design the team size and structure, SDLC, roles and responsibilities, driving staffing and hiring - these are just to name a few key responsibilities of the role. Overall - be ultimately responsible for the outcome of the delivery of the whole team

  • Key skills:
    • Excellent English, both verbal and written communication skill
    • Agile teams management - 5-10 distributed/dispersed Scrum teams (multi-cultural, different time zones - US/Offshore)
    • Experience in establishing/improving the delivery
    • Project Management (stakeholders, communication, risks, dependencies, scope, people, quality, schedule) in Agile environments
    • Ability to learn and understand complex business domain
    • Ability to participate in discussions with technical and business stakeholders
    • Ability to understand solution architecture, understand the impact of tech decisions on the delivery
    • Ability to understand business goals and business value and their implications on priorities
    • Ability to hold people accountable
    • Ability to manage own time, priorities, and energy/state

    • Excellent communication skills (English - B2+/C1)
