  • As the Life Sciences/Healthcare Strategy and Business Consulting leader, you will play a critical role in building, managing and further scaling the EPAM service line to include Strategy Advisory
  • You will leverage your expertise in Strategy Consulting and Healthcare Advisory to build a global start-up
  • As a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, C level executives and the Investment community, our Managing Directors will take a cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach in driving strategic and operational excellence, process improvements and operating model enhancements for innovation and growth
  • You will bring market-leading experience and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field
  • You will help us evolve the way in which we deliver our services for new and existing clients
  • You will combine business and technology expertise to define and deploy disruptive business capabilities
  • You will serve as a valued source of advice on relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for clients and your colleagues


  • 15+ years of experience as a Managing Director (Partner/Principal or equivalent level) in a Major Consulting company with primary client relationship responsibility serving Healthcare clients
  • Proven history of building a practice’s capability and revenue in a professional services firm
  • Expert in Healthcare industry and the current challenges, trends and influences effecting this sector
  • Highly skilled in managing and mentoring high performing strategy teams through business and digital transformations
  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, engineering or science preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement
