Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of documents for work visas to the U.S., Mexico and Canada (initial application, visa renewal, maintenance of status)
- Prepare relocation logistics for employees and their family members
- Act as the primary service contact for managers, recruiters, HRs and employees throughout the relocation process
- Provide full information and ad hoc assistance efficiently and within SLAs
- Track and register statuses of relocation cases, reporting issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis
- Disclose process gaps or growth areas and actively address them to improve the existing process
- Identify and resolve off- and onboarding issues and ensure that the relocation process is seamless
- Communicate corporate policies to employees and enforce compliance
- Report on case progress, relay stakeholder feedback and supply case statistics to management
- Perform quality work within deadlines with and without direct supervision
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably (but not necessarily) in Immigration, Legal, HR, or travel
- Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement when needed
- Ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively
- Proven ability to learn quickly, multitask, and display initiative
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Resilience and willingness to work in a deadline-driven, flexible schedule environment
- Proven proactiveness to handling assignments and streamlining workflow
- Ability to successfully cooperate with various stakeholders to achieve results
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to use in practice service excellence principles
- Knowledge of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Skype)
- Proficiency in English (C1 or C2)
- Completed University degree
