Here at EPAM, we are building a global Technology Advisory Consulting practice. The growth we are experiencing is driving the need for a talented CIO Advisory and Technology leader to deliver value for EPAM clients, architect and sell consulting services and to help growing our CIO and Technology Advisory practice in North America. This is not the average consulting leadership role, EPAM’s CIO and Technology Advisory team is like a technology consulting startup with impeccable engineering credibility at the world’s most well-known brands!

What You’ll Do

  • Build the CIO and Technology Advisory Practice:
    • Work with EPAM North America and Global colleagues to establish and maintain a vision for relevant CIO Advisory and Technology service offerings, owning the go-to-market and end-to-end delivery
    • Proactively expand existing expertise, develop and recruit new expertise within the practice, remain up to date on news, best practices, and trends across the technology landscapes
  • Deliver Value for EPAM Clients:
    • Enable client technology leaders to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process and technology mindset to business alignment, technology strategy and tactics
    • Establish trusted advisor status by proactively capitalizing on opportunities to deepen client relationships and deliver value
  • Partner Globally:
    • EPAM has offices locations throughout North America, EMEA and APAC. We are digital natives, operators, who function as global, multi-functional, integrated teams to support our clients from defining enterprise-wide strategies to deploying fully operational capabilities


  • Consulting Leadership – Proven experience leading and growing consultative teams and practices with an extensive and existing Board and C--level customer network to draw upon
  • Technology Thought Leadership – Ability to create point of views on recent and emerging business and technology trends
  • Transformation Leadership – Ability to lead and deliver complex technology transformation programs from concept to implementation with a good grasp of the expectations of and challenges faced by our client’s technology leaders daily
  • Business Acumen - Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
  • IT Organizational solutioning – Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience architecting People, Process and Technology solutions across multiple IT domains based on client needs
  • Passion for continuous learning, holding a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of fifteen years of progressive responsibility and career growth in a technology consulting environment

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office. To protect employees and help communities fight the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination is required to visit an EPAM office in the US, and many of our clients have similar policies in place.
