Responsibilities
- Organize business trips and provide support to EPAM employees (visas, tickets, transfer, accommodation etc.)
- Cooperate with different shared services, vendors and other departments involved
- Solve related administrative and commercial issues
Requirements
- Experience of working in travel industry
- Strong knowledge of business travel processes and procedures
- Understanding of LATAM region operations – local content, local carriers, local travel management companies
- Experience in business visas arrangements
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language (B2+)
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal orientation and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Stress-resistance
- Proactivity
