Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Cloud Unit.


  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from beginning to end, including coordination of resources, budget, meetings, and feedback
  • Delivery experience to manage one or a bunch of the following domains: Cloud design, architecture and build. Cloud Migration, DevOps build and operate, Cloud-native implementations
  • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed
  • Develop internal processes and keep tracking all incoming and concurrent projects across the queue
  • Establish the scope and timing of projects based on strategic business priorities, client needs, and important metrics
  • Inspire and motivate the team and get everyone moving in the same direction executing delivery excellence


  • Delivery and Project Management experience in the high-tech industry, with proven ability to deliver complex software and service projects
  • Sense of urgency and ability to quickly make appropriate operational decisions
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget
  • Technical background in related technologies: Cloud or DevOps, Security or Cloud-native is required for this role
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall processes, and software development lifecycle. Cloud-native based development
  • Be able to dig into any issue within the delivery organization and provide the necessary leadership to the team to find the optimal solution (architecture, project management, business analysis, Agile questions, quality assurance, etc.)
  • Ability to lead Cross-functional/Cloud-native DevOps or Security teams across locations and stakeholders through the organization, collaboration, and charisma
  • Initiate, lead and participate in continuous improvement process based on delivery data/services metrics
  • Provide process guidance and mentoring to tech/dev operations team members
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
