ServiceNow Architect Georgia or Remote

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, estimate and design technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
• Oversee the development process and make sure that requirements are implemented according to the client’s needs and best practices
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions
• Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
• Create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
• Design, develop and present proof of concepts
• Participate in interviews and skill assessment sessions related to ServiceNow development

What You Have

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience across various applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in building complex solutions, including integrations involving multiple third-party systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information to both engineers and senior management
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL
• Experience in leading a team of developers and working as a mentor
• Expertise in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer’s side
• English at B2+ level
