We are looking for a Key (Senior/Lead) Elastic Engineer to help one of the world's largest food retail groups based in the Netherlands modernize and migrate its existing systems to the Cloud.
The challenge is empowering the customer's enablement department with technical platforms, Cloud and DevSecOps tooling to accelerate its teams worldwide. As a result, quality customer value will be delivered faster and autonomously.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and optimize Elastic solutions within the engineering enablement team
- Implement solutions throughout the organization being subject matter expert in Elastic
- Collaborate with the observability enablement team on creating capabilities around monitoring, alerting, logging and tracing
- Following InnerSource principles, work with users and maintainers to fit your ideas into the bigger picture
What You Have
- Consulting skills to explain clearly how to use the product best
- Proficiency in Elastic Stack and K8s (certificates would be a plus)
- Container-based services experience with Docker
- Deep knowledge of Linux administration
- Ability to maintain big data clusters and set up ELK solutions from scratch
- Flexibility to work with Elastic logging and search
