EPAM is looking for a Growth Lead to join our growing Adobe team. The Growth Lead is responsible for driving revenue related to our Adobe partner’s products and EPAM-related services. To be successful, a Growth Lead will have to get things done through relationships and influence. A Growth Lead must build their platform business around making it extremely easy and attractive for salespeople and account managers to sell the offerings.

This position requires a background in the digital arena including Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Commerce, Analytics, Personalization, Campaign Management, and Customer Data platforms. It also requires credibility in front of sales executives and C-level audiences, contract negotiations, a high level of collaboration, experience managing channel relationships, mediation skills, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue to EPAM’s Adobe practice and maintain our place as a preferred platform implementer and go to market partner
  • Collaborate with Partners, Digital Leads, Business Development, Presales and Account Management teams to give pitches to clients and create proposals
  • Act as an Adobe domain and platform expert within EPAM in support of sales opportunities and to clients who are embarking on digital journeys
  • Make recommendations on integration/migration strategies and the platforms, application infrastructure required to successfully implement and extend Adobe’s product suite
  • Continue to build EPAM's Adobe brand and credibility in the industry by participating in conferences, events, webinars, and other marketing activities
  • Collaborate with EPAM's Partner Marketing team and external partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and generate leads for sales opportunities
  • Work with Adobe to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
  • Establish strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and a winning attitude with EPAM's partners and their sales teams
  • Coordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
  • Educate Adobe on EPAM capabilities and success stories to help stimulate partner-based lead referrals
  • Serve as internal trusted advisor to our Adobe partners, ensuring internal product management, and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps
  • Work with Adobe to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator

Requirements

  • Proven history working in digital consulting environment
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and an overall understanding of the MarTech space
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills to clients
  • Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
  • Expert ability to connect clients’ needs and requirements with Adobe technologies
  • Conversant in enterprise product, solution, and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to our Adobe ecosystem
  • High energy level and ability to work independently
