  • Develop and implement a proactive internal communications plan to support a broader communication strategy
  • Participate in strategic initiatives (OKRs) on regional scale. Design and document news related to the initiatives to be presented inside the company
  • Work with senior stakeholders to deliver internal communication messages: prepare monthly / weekly presentations, regular reports, and info e-mails
  • Serve as an internal consultant to develop/shape messaging related to key programs or announcements
  • Write, edit and design best-in-class, impactful, and engaging internal communications content that effectively promotes the region(s) with different stakeholders
  • •Help with internal teams to build communities and engagement programs for both virtual and face-to-face interaction
  • Write clear and concise articles across multiple touch points and channels
  • Organize internal events and activities
  • Support cultural and organizational changes with communications by ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging and alignment with business goals as well as EPAM’s brand and tone
  • Measure effectiveness of internal campaigns and channels and provide recommendations to department leaders to optimize communications process, planning, creation and assessment
  • Identify opportunities for creative and innovative approaches to communications that result in increased and sustained engagement


  • 5+ years of experience
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop ideas into executable plans
  • Ability to “see ahead” and steer on communications rather than operate reactively as a default
  • Experience with metrics/analytics to prepare onetime and recurring reports
  • Fluent written and spoken English partnered with good writing skills
  • Ability to interpret strategic messages and convert them into effective communications campaign
  • Experience of cross organizational teamwork
  • Experience in organizing physical and virtual events
  • Transition fluidly from strategy planning through execution
  • Nice to have Basic knowledge of graphic design (including use of relevant software like Adobe Creative cloud), photography and videography
  • Smart, proactive, attentive to details
  • Good knowledge of internal/employee communications best practices; committed to enhancing the effectiveness of employee communications
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Diplomatic and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback while maintaining positive relationships
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and work independently and as part of a team:
    • Results driven strategic thinker; ability to identify and prioritize key opportunities and implement change expediently
