Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant, to understand customer’s needs, gather and document requirements
- Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness
- Work and collaborate with various stakeholders and members of team, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands
- Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to cultivate business development opportunities
Requirements
- Experience of 4+ years as a Business Analyst with a DWH background
- Salesforce Marketing XP is a must
- Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds: Sales, Marketing, Service, and/or Platform clouds
- Understanding of Salesforce technology
- End-to-end delivery experience
- Ability to understand high-level business ideas, impact assessment and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery
- Agile mindset, interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
- Attention to detail, customer-oriented approach, effective listening, anticipating customer offers, and sharing customer's concerns
- Practical experience with Data Analytics and SQL specifically - nice to have
- Commercial IT experience is a plus (understanding of Sales, Marketing, Market Access functions, etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
- Native or Fluent Japanese (N1 JPTL) communication
