Responsibilities

• Establish and upgrade software operations quality control measures and workflows
• Lead a Service Delivery team of Software Engineers and ensure excellent client service
• Diagnose and address root causes of production and quality issues
• Communicate effectively with both business and technology experts as well as internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Expert-level experience using Atlassian, Jira and JQL
• Demonstrated experience using ITILv3
• Strong experience driving technical discussion while communicating directly with customer representatives, technical specialists, and key business users
• Ability to design Jira workflows using Jira automation
• Ability to read technical documents, understand solution architecture, understand the impact of tech decisions on the PROD ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience managing teams preferred
