We expect a senior to be involved from the beginning, leading a team of 2 to 5 analysts and delivering as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You’ll Do
- Planning business analysis approach, including business analysis information management, stakeholder engagement, and communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
- Create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts and requirement documentation (Specifications, requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, Wireframes, etc.)
- Ensure all requirements are captured, scopes are managed, and expectations are met
- Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with customers
- Maintain expertise and knowledge of the business domain, technologies, and solutions
What You Have
- Experience of 4+ years as a Business Analyst
- Proficient in SQL, Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and MuleSoft Integration experience
- AMP script and HTML knowledge
- Experience building integration solutions with multiple toolsets or middleware solutions, with a preference for open-source and cloud solutions
- Experience in working in an agile product delivery mode (SAFe experience is nice to have)
- Excellent verbal, written & communication skills in English
- Native or Fluent Japanese (N1 JPTL) communication
