We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst who can help our customers achieve their digital transformation through data. We are passionate about delivering value from data and are searching for people with the same mindset to join our team!
Please note that this position requires relocation to Georgia, Armenia, Turkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan.

What You’ll Do
- Execute elicitation activities to engage both business and IT stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder workshops to define and prioritize their business needs
- Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team through the entire project lifecycle (overseeing developments and acting as a Product Owner / Business Analyst)
- Perform data discovery, data assessment, data profiling
- Prototype business needs with stakeholders before sending them to mass production
- Conduct Sprint review sessions or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, delivery management and technical leads in the design phase of the data products
- Prepare post-production materials to support stakeholders in increasing the adoption of deliverables (e.g., training, marketing materials)
What You Have
- 5+ years of experience working in the data domain
- 3+ years of expertise in dealing with requirements on BI / Data / Analytical projects (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements
- Proficiency in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (data visualization, reporting, BI, advanced analytics solutions) utilizing Agile and waterfall app
- Understanding of Proof of Concept, Minimum Viable Product and Minimum Loveable Product terms
- Showcase of working with business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users
- Knowledge of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends
Nice to have
- Experience in prototyping data solutions
- Industry expertise (Finance / Insurance / Oil and Gas / Supply Chain / Marketing)
- Track record in acting as Product Owner / Data Product Owner roles on analytical projects
- Hands-on experience with one or more wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., using Figma)
- Development expertise in building data visualizations using Tableau / Power BI / any modern data visualization tool
- Evidence that you ran on-site customer workshops
- Qualifications in working with data on the cloud on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Math background with an excellent analytical mindset
