Currently we are looking for a Data Analyst for our Business Development Operation team who will work in close collaboration with the Lead Generation team.

DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Data Analyst for our Business Development Operation team who will work in close collaboration with the Lead Generation team.
Responsibilities
- Focus on Lead generation data and processes
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Preparing reports and dashboards for the management - trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
- Support the Sales Managers in business workflow and reporting
- Elaborate data driven reporting in Excel
- Ensure EPAM Lead Generation reporting tools are up-to-date
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet necessary reporting deadlines
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with additional Certifications or Degree / Diploma in Data Science
- Certification in BI (business Intelligence), Customer Analytics, Data Analytics
- Work experience 1 – 4 years
- Advanced English – must-have
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
- Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
- Highly detail-oriented, organisational and analytical skills

- Effective written, verbal presentation and communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Self-starter, proactive and independent
- Cleansing and preparing data, modelling the data
- Expertise in statistics
- Analyzing and visualizing data
- Ability to be supportive and to work effectively across national boundaries
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under strict deadlines
- Proven ability to work with speed and accuracy to deadlines is essential
