We are looking for a dedicated SAP Consultant who is passionate about SuccessFactors and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. What You’ll Do
- Work independently and collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality SuccessFactors solutions to our customers
- Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Demonstrate expertise in remote delivery models to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct application-specific solution consulting, including business blueprint/configuration workbook creation, implementation based on a blueprint, test case creation, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live support
- Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure project viability
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and provide training as needed
- Perform configuration and testing tasks as required
- Exhibit a solid understanding of modelling standards and tools
What You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 5 years of application consulting experience, with at least 3 years of SAP implementation experience
- Strong experience and knowledge of SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay modules
- Certification in Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay
- Proven experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay
- Thorough understanding of HR business processes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Nice to have
- Additional experience with SAP HCM On-premise solution
- Expertise in SF Integration
- Skills and experience in EC Payroll
- Skills and experience in Time management
