Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices, and business domains
- Manage a portfolio of projects with an average size of 300+ full-time equivalents (FTEs) in total
- Govern the portfolio of projects and delivery process, ensuring exceptional quality in design, code, and overall solutions
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including client presentations, estimations, architecture reviews, and documentation
- Handle direct customer relations, addressing pre-sales, delivery, project performance, timelines, and schedules
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience in terms of delivery
- Proactively suggest technologies, tools, and approaches, advocating for the best engineering practices
- Drive cross-regional initiatives, with a focus on delivery excellence
- Participate in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers
- Take charge of technical staffing, matching individuals for successful project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in leadership positions, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager
- Proficiency in consulting clients on cloud methodology, collaboration patterns, and delivery plans
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, directly communicating with clients and acting as a consultant
- Experience in designing and implementing large distributed, scalable, and reliable solutions on public cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on public cloud concepts and technologies
- Solid experience in implementing enterprise-wide applications with global teams, leveraging public cloud services
- Demonstrated track record in managing delivery engagements with large teams or high-impact projects in public cloud environments
- Ability to dive deep into problem areas and provide delivery support for issue resolution in the context of public cloud solutions
- Proficient in translating architecture into detailed implementation plans for public cloud deployments
- Expertise in effort estimation, planning, and scheduling delivery
