  • Take the lead in maintaining and supporting production and downstream environments
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to defect tracking and change control processes
  • Leverage your strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues effectively
  • Collaborate as a key team player, demonstrating excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and users from different regions
  • Provide exceptional support to our business teams and fellow Technology professionals


  • Proven experience in support roles, with a solid understanding of Incident, Changes, Problems, SLAs, and tools like Jira and ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL is a must
  • Strong first, second, and third-line support skills, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of a problem and drive it to resolution

Nice to have

  • Experience with Control-M
  • Familiarity with Markit EDM tool
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
