We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant, whose main tasks will evolve around enhancing the ability to leverage ServiceNow capabilities at scale, reducing platform sprawl in the organization, and driving automation. Our client is a world leader in the manufacture of advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry. The company offers an integrated portfolio for manufacturing complex integrated circuits (also called ICs or chips).
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
The objective of our client is to keep pace with the escalating business demand on the ServiceNow platform. As coverage and adoption of the platform grow exponentially, the focus is on enhancing the governance perspective to provide a stable ServiceNow platform while adhering to business and IT demands.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders to understand the current and future business needs
- Evaluate the current state and propose a vision for innovations
- Develop an ESM framework
- Collaborate closely with the Architect and development team to ensure that the quality and performance of service offerings align with AMSL expectations and standards
What You Have
- Familiarity with development processes and frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Acquaintance with UML, IDEF0, BPMN
- Knowledge, preferably with certification, of ITSM/ITIL practices, related areas, and ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks effectively and within deadlines
- Keen attention to detail, diligence, and a commitment to task completion
- Proactive approach: adept at asking questions, proposing solutions, etc
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
