Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs
- Offer technical assistance as part of a global 24x7-support organization
- Cooperate closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product
- Manage incident tickets for the remaining Infrastructure Teams: Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Follow notification and escalation procedures and standards for communications with business involving operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of development experience in Java, Javascript, PHP, Python, Go, .NET, Ruby, NodeJS
- Knowledge of Software Architecture Patterns (Monolith, Distributed, Microservices)
- Experience in building Web Applications/Web Services/APIs
- Experience querying Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL)
- 1-2 years of support experience (monitoring, software maintenance, new features, etc)
Nice to have
- Experience in Software Architecture Patterns (Monolith, Distributed, Microservices)
- Cloud Computing Experience (cloud implementations)
- Knowledge of Web Authentication (Basic, Cookies) and Networking (Load Balancer, Firewall, DNS, Forwarding Rules, NAT)
- Experience using No Relational Databases, Consuming Third-Party APIs, and Mobile development
