Scrum Master Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to lead and support two agile teams focusing on AI/ML initiatives.
These teams collaborate closely with Data Science, Compliance, and Analytics to deliver cutting-edge tools that power both Home and Branch Office environments while ensuring a seamless move from exploration to production.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scrum ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospectives
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync Ups to identify and address risks and dependencies
- Work with product owners, product managers, and RTE to plan stories according to the team's capacity
- Remove impediments or facilitate solutions through coordination and creative problem-solving
- Track team dependencies and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to mitigate them
- Analyze sprint data to identify potential risks to sprint goals
- Monitor Agile metrics and take actions to enhance team performance
- Guide and coach the scrum team on agile principles and practices to deliver business value and maintain quality standards
- Assist with internal communication, ensure transparency, and share relevant information across stakeholders
- Facilitate team discussions, decision-making processes, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Evaluate current Agile Release Train (ART) practices in collaboration with the RTE and implement improvements
Requirements
- Experience in serving as a Scrum Master for at least 2 years within a software development environment
- Development background in any technology prior to transitioning into the Scrum Master role
- Proficiency in Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Familiarity with analyzing Agile performance metrics to enhance team delivery and collaboration
- Expertise in coaching and facilitating Agile ceremonies to improve team dynamics
- Capability to solve impediments through coordination and innovative problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and team coaching skills
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile technologies
- Knowledge of advanced AI, ML, and data science concepts
- Familiarity with productionizing exploratory tools in compliance and analytics-driven environments
